Steps to extract the files.
In this tutorial I use 7zip. You can get this software here: http://www.7-zip.org/
If u don't like 7zip you can use others software e.g Rar, HJsplit, etc.
1. Right click the file
2. 7-Zip
3. Click Extract to “your_file_name” as shown the picture below.
4. The extracting begins. Wait until it complete.
5. Finish
6. Open the folder created. Your movie file in there!!! Enjoy!!!
